Reconnect to yourself.
Return to clarity.
Move forward on your own terms.
I create spaces where women recognise themselves more clearly through meaningful conversation, Human Design, EFT and reflective practice.

Whether through workshops, The Clarity Circle or private sessions, my work is about helping women recognise themselves more clearly, trust themselves more deeply, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
This is not about fixing what’s broken or becoming someone new. It’s about recognising yourself more clearly, and letting decisions, direction, and energy reorganise from there.
You may be here because something in your life no longer fits the way it used to. On the surface, things might look fine. But internally, there’s a sense of misalignment. A quiet knowing that you’ve outgrown a role, a rhythm, or a version of yourself.

This isn’t failure. And it doesn't mean you're lost. Often, it's a moment of change, one where clarity can’t be forced, and rushing only creates more noise.

What’s needed usually isn’t another strategy or solution. It’s space. Time to listen. And the right conditions for clarity to return in its own way.

I'm Dupe Witherick
After more than two decades in senior leadership and consultancy roles, I know what it's like to carry responsibility, perform capability, and still feel quietly disconnected from yourself.

My work now centres on creating spaces where women can pause, reflect and recognise themselves more clearly.
Not by offering answers, but by creating the space where perspective can settle and self-trust can return.
