I’m Dupe Witherick.

For more than two decades, I worked in senior leadership and consultancy roles, leading global teams, navigating complexity, and holding a level of responsibility that looked successful from the outside. And yet, somewhere along the way, I became quietly disconnected from myself.

I wasn’t falling apart. Nothing was obviously wrong. But the clarity I once trusted had grown faint, and I found myself overthinking, over-giving, and carrying far more than was mine. What changed things wasn’t a dramatic breakdown or a bold reinvention. It was a small, honest decision that created enough space for me to hear myself again.

That moment marked the beginning of a different way of living. One rooted in self-trust rather than performance, and in listening rather than pushing.

Over the years, I've realised that clarity rarely comes from trying harder. It comes from slowing down enough to notice what has been there all along.

Again and again, I've watched women discover that what they need isn't another answer. They need space. Space to think. Space to reflect. Space to be heard. To recognise themselves more clearly. That's the work I feel most called to do.

Today, my work centres on creating spaces where women can pause, reflect and recognise themselves more clearly. Some are navigating meaningful change. Others simply know the way they've been living no longer feels sustainable. They are thoughtful, capable women who sense there is a more natural way to move through life.

I don't believe women need more people telling them who they should be. My work is about creating the conditions where they can recognise themselves more clearly, hear their own inner wisdom again, and trust what they've known, perhaps quietly, all along.

Human Design, EFT, subconscious reprogramming and reflective conversation are some of the ways we explore this work together. The tools matter, but they are not the destination. They simply help create the space where greater clarity, self-trust and meaningful change can emerge.

Because when we recognise ourselves more clearly, decisions begin to feel less forced. Self-trust grows. And we often discover that the next step was quieter and closer than we first imagined.
